- Establish asset and liability management framework and control process of Treasury business
- Prepare an analytic report on structural risk (including interest rate risk)
- Propose ALM strategies to senior management
- Formulate and review the related policies and procedures
- Follow up ad hoc ALCO related issues
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
- Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, ACIB, ACIS preferred
- At least 3 years working experience in Banks or Financial institutions, with at least 2 years specialized in Financial Management / Risk management / Asset & Liability management
- Strong report writing skills and analytical power
- Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
