We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Loss Control Manager in our Jericho, NYoffice. This position will support Aon's Risk Management group.

The Loss Control Manager (LCM) oversees and administers the relationship of the carrier loss control practices within an underwriting function. The LCM develops with the carrier the criteria and timeliness for the completion of the Loss Control Survey; on an audit basis, determines the efficacy of the survey and supports underwriting for implementation or non-compliance of any recommendation. The LCM interacts directly with the insured, carrier and carrier's loss control staff to improve individual and program risk quality.Essential Job Functions- To identify, analyze and control inherent exposures associated with each individual risk and program through Loss Control Surveys.- To ensure that all completed loss control survey forms, reports and subsequent recommendations reflect current underwriting criteria across all MGU programs.
- To apply carrier loss control/underwriting practices and how they relate to K&K underwriting execution through performance of Loss Control Surveys.- To evaluate, organize, manage and disseminate complex technical information to and from MGU staff, regulatory boards, insureds and carrier partners.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or commensurate education and/or work experience- 7-10 years loss control experience"
