We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Business Analyst in our Alpharetta, GA office. This position will support Aon Integramark.

JOB OVERVIEW

Under general supervision, manages the development of meaningful client debt cancellation reporting, specifically managing the day-to-day development and production process in coordination with our systems team generate custom daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and ad hoc reporting as needed for the custom client branded programs. Communicates and coordinates work activity with AIM functional teams and partners to succeed in timely distribution of all reporting. Supports the VP of Marketing in organizing tasks and information to effectively deploy meaningful client reporting while meeting/exceeding client expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates the gathering of client data with marketing team members, system team members and others on the AIM functional team to ensure success internally and externally with our clients and partners
• Plans and prepares for new clients, new programs, and new reports occurring in the day-to-day process by working together with those providing data and developing the new reports and gaining a working knowledge of the new reports
• Creates programs reporting data to a final delivery form through use of Excel, Access, SQL or other acceptable form to create custom client reporting
• Reviews and assesses data being reported, alerting team members of any issues or trends that should be acted upon.
• Delivers custom reporting to clients on a timely basis through email, ftp sites, etc.
• Maintains our records of report development work and communicates progress to AIM team members and clients
• Provides Aon Integramark management team with recommendations for improving data, reporting processes, and customer care central command.
• Attends and actively participates in client meetings and internal status meetings to ensure reporting is in place, accurate and evolves as required to ensure results, client and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains good working relations with client contacts, key members of the Aon team and external resources.
• Understands client products and related terms and conditions as well as AIM functional process flows to ensure accurate presentation to customers.
• Participates in the development and growth of our major clients programs. Contributes to annual business planning using our Plan For Action business development process and semi-annual Performance Management Reviews with each major client.
• As assigned, manages completion of specific tactics as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience in a Business Analyst / technical role (processes, requirements, analysis and documentation)
• Familiarity with large scale software systems
• High level proficient in Excel and Access

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High school graduate, college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
