We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Quality Leader in our Alpharetta, GA office.This position will support Aon Integramark.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Quality Leader will guide the development and execution of process improvements utilizing six sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence. This position provides leadership and direction for improvement of operational capabilities. Will interface regularly with external clients and must demonstrate ability to provide thought leadership around quality and ongoing process improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use Six Sigma methodology to prioritize and implement organization wide process improvement projects to ensure customer service levels, competitiveness, increase process efficiencies, reduce costs, ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Lead multiple initiatives and assignments with broad scope and high impact for the business.
• Build, mobilize and lead cross functional project teams to meet project objectives within the project timeline and budget.
• Meet with internal and external customers to understand issues, define CTQ. Recommend modifications and improvements to process flows, and systems.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive business relationships with internal and external clients to clearly understand and improve business processes. Provide ongoing communication with business stakeholders, client groups, and senior management and project teams.
• Clearly define the business case for the projects that have been identified. Validate the opportunity and impact to the business. Ensure identified projects align with business goals and that projects are properly prioritized.
• Act as lead in integrating Six Sigma quality methodology across operational areas.
• Facilitate meetings and lead projects to execute improvement plans.
• Gather, collect, organize prioritize, conduct statistical analysis and present findings appropriately.
• Participate in client meetings and business reviews. Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas to clients. Build and sustain client relationships through unparalleled quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven ability to evaluate root cause issues and present solid business recommendations
• Experience using six sigma tools
• Strong organizational skills, ability to lead and manage projects independently.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience and highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Solid communication and organizational influencing skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Six Sigma certification green belt or higher required
• PMP certification (preferred)
• 3-5 years of project management, leadership and change management experience

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree, Masters degree preferred, in business or technical related discipline required
