We are currently looking for a Part Time Flexible RecruitingAssociate located in Vienna, VA. The Candidate Selection Associate will be assigned to support the growing Employment and Recruitment outsourcing practice for AonHewitt.

In partnership with Lockheed Martin, AonHewitt provides enterprise human capital services to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

This role is a flexible part-time position, therefore hours will vary significantly depending on client needs. You must be available to work as deemed necessary by the clients you support. Position may also require 10 - 30% regional travel and the ability to lift materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed is desired. Training is typically full time hours for 1-3 weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Performs candidate selection and HR related functions for clients
•Ensures a standard, reliable, and valid screening and/or interview experience for each applicant
•Actively listens, offers appropriate probes to ensure candidates remain on task
•Communicates appropriately and documents detailed accurate notes on candidate responses and assigns numerical ratings in accordance with program specific guidelines
•If applicable, will coordinate, organize and attends on-site events, serving as the Client Representative to potential and incumbent candidates
•Administers/scores pre-employment tests, while maintaining responsibility for the security of test materials and equipment.
•Manages large volumes of confidential data with attention to detail
•Provides feedback to candidates on applicant screening, testing and assessments
•Facilitates functions of the hiring process including pre-employment screening, scheduling, test administration, interviewing, requisition management, and role-play assessments.
•Performs telephone screening, structured interviews and pre-employment testing for potential new hires.
•Conducts complete and accurate evaluations of candidates based on position requirements.

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum Work Experience Required: 2+ years Human Resources experience or related work experience preferred (e.g.: recruitment, HR Generalist etc.)

Must be able to pass a Federal Investigative Background Clearance Check

Must be a US Citizen or a US National to work on TSA account
