We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Practice Analyst for Aon's Global Clients Network Group, based in our Chicago Office.

The AGCN analyst position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the global operations of the Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) and gain insight into the evolving world of global risk and insurance management and consultancy.

The AGCN is the backbone of the ARS network providing counsel to multinational and global clients on technical risk, risk finance, and insurance matters while partnering with over 1000 AGCN colleagues to oversee and orchestrate our delivery to clients and collaboration with global markets in over 100 coutries.

The AGCN Corporate Team supports the AGCN Global CEO and AGCN Leadership in the oversight, strategic development, and operational and financial direction of the AGCN in support of ARS and Aon global execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, be well organized with ability to project manage and multi-task, have an interest in global operations and risk and insurance management and be adept with technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Multi-lingual ability is a plus as is one to five years risk and/or p&c insurance experience. Multicultural experience will be viewed favorably but are not required.

The AGCN Corporate Analyst Roles and Responsibilities will support the various initiatives of the AGCN CEO, COO and Corporate team including:

• Collate and prepare reports on key metrics to measure performance of the AGCN including financial and process measurements
• Support client engagement of accounts lead by members of the AGCN Corporate team
• Track and report on progress of various projects and efforts of the AGCN
• Engage in research of client and/or operational issues reporting back to AGCN Corp Team fact based information to support issue resolution/decision making
• Support key initiatives to further the success of the AGCN team globally including training and development, communication, insurer interface, reporting functions, and special projects
