As a part of the RSS, the position is focused on the Group's governance framework over all Retail credit decision models globally. This includes the approval of the changes to existing/development of new Credit Decision Systems and related infrastructure, according to ANZ and Regulatory standards. You will also support the optmisation of Group Model Validation's (GMV) internal tools and model validation processes. Qualifications: An ideal candidatewill have relevant experience in a quantitative discipline or computer science or related IT field. You should be having experience in using SQL (BRIO, Oracle SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server) and experience with using Mainframe systems, Client / Server systems, Relational Databases and performing data extraction will be an added advantage. The candidate requires the comprehensive knowledge of Retail Credit Decision Systems (Triad, Strategy Manager, Vision Plus etc.), Capital calculation systems (RWA, CP etc.) and associated infrastructure. Havinggood knowledge of the Basel 2 regulatory framework, including implementation of capital (PD, LGD & EAD) models will also be required.The candidate shouldhave good communication, negotiation and influencing skills (written and face to face) and also be efficient enough to handle the stakeholders effectively.
