This senior role will be in charge of growth and management of a defined set of high net worth HNW Asian Clients who seek a Private Bank Service proposition. The primary function is to build a thorough understanding of each client's financial requirements and deliver appropriate strategies, products and services to meet these. Equal focus will be given to sales, retention and building deeper relationships and share of wallet with HNW individuals. Focusing on highly visible and proactive initiatives, the role holder will focus on building sales and developing deeper relationships with their client base. Tasks will include developing and implementing a coordinated business development and marketing plan to meet business objectives, managing clients below minimum accepted business levels and working with and referring clients to an allocated Financial Planner for advice and product sales. The incumbent will identify and refer clients to the Investment Specialist for Closed ended product sales. Providing securities advice where appropriate, building relationships with ex/internal business influencers and resolving client complaints will also be important functions. Qualifications: To take charge in this senior role, you will need general understanding of Australian & New Zealand property market dynamics and the ability to quickly understand mortgage and investment products in order to maintain the Bank's good reputation. A clear understanding of the mortgage and investment products, articulate its features, risks, strategies will assist in mitigating risks and selling the same to customers in a professional manner. The candidate will also need a good understanding of foreign exchange markets and how this can impact these mortgage facilities.
