Show me jobs like this one| Employer: | Australia and New Zealand Banking | Job Ref No: | CHI000057 | Job Title: | Lending Processing Officer | Sector: | Other | Sub Sector: | Other | Risk Type: | Other | Expertise: | Risk Manager | Originate credit proposals, and obtaining credit approval for proposed deals via active communication with credit risk officers Responsible for making all relevant required legal documents such as Corporate Guarantees, LOCs, and facility letter etc. Accounts reconciliation Prepare regularly reports required by PBOC/SAFE and branch management including Special Non-trade transaction report, FX report etc. Proactively solve customer complaints and ensure our operational service standard are met Report the operational defects and consider plan to improve Responsibility and accountability for fraud prevention Effectiveness and efficiency of procedures Understand and maintain knowledge of ANZ systems Take on relief duties for colleagues when required Requirements Experience with ANZ customer database multi systems Exposure to Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel would be advantageous Data maintain /Report skills Strong product understanding in order to identify the related risk aspects in a facility transaction Ability to follow up on documentation processing Able to demonstrate as a team player Close coordination with ARCG and RBS managers on daily basis Attention to detail and accuracy critical Excellent organisational and task co-ordination skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
