Working in partnership with Hubs Program and Global Service Operations, the Risk Analyst will support the Senior Manager Risk & Assurance Regional Hubs program in identifying and managing project and operational risks for the Regional Hubs program. The role will lead and assist proactive management of effective risk and compliance solutions, ensuring that risks are identified and are managed to ensure that no economic or reputation loss is incurred. It is crucial to manage program costs to achieve agreed financial targets. Analysing, researching and problem-solving for program risk activities will also be a part of your function. You will also support stakeholder understanding of risk methodology and methods to ensure consistent and successful planning and execution of risk mitigation activities. Additionally, the candidate will liaise with GSO Risk team to ensure effective implementation and change management for Group policies, programs and frameworks as relevant to the program to embed an effective risk culture across the Program team. Qualifications: Candidates with risk experience and exposure to financial services/BPO industries will be apt for the role. Good stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills will also be required.
