Position

This is a trade settlement position working with other Settlement Services Associates to achieve timely trade settlements. The individual will also interact with various trading departments and operations departments to reconcile and settle trades. The associate is responsible for delivery and receipt of securities to/from Brokers and Banks through vendor systems. The individual will be responsible for unsettled trades and perform a daily reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver or Receive transactions on various systems including, DTCC and Broadridge Cage III system.
• Daily reconciliation with depositories.
• Initiate and monitor open trades with brokerage firms, banks.
• Maintain and update open trades on a proprietary system.
• Field questions from various departments.

Education:
Bachelors Degree; preferably, though not necessarily, in a financial field

Experience:
Recent college grad acceptable, Brokerage Operations experience desired but not mandatory.
