Position We are looking for a White Plains-based Portfolio Administration Analyst to join our Global Portfolio Administration department. The Global Portfolio Administration department provides operational support to the firms Institutional, Private Client and Retail business channels through account reconciliation, account transitions and general portfolio administration. The Oversight team is responsible for the daily oversight, management and audit associated with account reconciliation and portfolio administration performed by AXA Business Services. The overall responsibility is to achieve operational excellence by consistently providing a superior level of service to our clients while improving efficiencies without compromising controls or risk management discipline.
