Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all aspects of IS security processes and operation group-wide.Overall management of IS Security, policies and procedures to ensure maintenance, improvements and compliance.Management of IS Security vendors.Ensure compliance with regulatory (e.g. BNM) guidelines on IS security management.Lead the review, analysis and investigation of IS security incidents.Lead the preparation and presentation of IS security reports to management and regulatory bodies (e.g. BNM).Oversees resources, hiring, mentoring, and evaluation of employees to enhance their performance and career development. Requirements : - Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Those who possess specialized IS Security qualification or certification e.g. CISSP, CISA/CISM, etc, would have an add advantage.
- More than 10 years working experience, including not less than 5 years in a supervisory role, in the field of Information Systems Security Management.
- Strong interpersonal and people management capability coupled with problem solving and analytical skills.
