Responsible for the overall IT risks management activities to ensure effective risks identification; mitigation and monitoring. Conduct assurance reviews of IS functions to determine the state of compliance with regulatory requirements; internal policies and standards for information systems and operation. Interact with other departments and provide advice on IS technical areas from risk point of view, such as firewalls; networks; Database; Wintel and UNIX servers. Contribute to the implementation of Assurance and Operational Risk Management (CORM) and reporting. Interact and collaborate with other Department to ensure the integration of resources where necessary. Conduct reviews to determine the level of achievement of SLAs signed with service providers and internal customers. Highlight incidences of non-compliance with SLAs for corrective action and prevention of future recurrence. Review and finalise compliance reports for submission. Manage and follow-up on outstanding audit findings and resolution. Requirements : - Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related fields with at least 4 years of working experience in the IS operations environment with exposure in handling Risk, Security and Control related functions.
- Excellent knowledge in risk management; system and security administration as well as IT contingency planning; network and servers.
- Good knowledge in current IT best practices and methodologies as well as IS infrastructure and systems.
- Excellent people and project management skills coupled with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
