Your purpose will be to review and analyze incoming fraud alerts to ensure appropriate action is taken. This will include managing inbound and outbound calls to Westpac customers and making decisions to protect the Bank from fraud losses while also providing an outstanding customer experience. Ideally you will have previous banking experience, or alternatively have worked in a contact centre or customer service environment. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy analysing information.You will be based inour brand new custom built offices in the CBD.
