We are dedicated to providing individual financial solutions to primary producers ranging from small family farming enterprises to large multinational operations in 110 regional locations Australia wide.

As an Agribusiness Manager 3 you will be part of an existing team of three managing a diverse and growing portfolio of both business banking and agribusiness clients covering a range of both pre-farmgate and post-farmgate customers. Both lending and deposits are showing positive growth for the year, and prospects for further growth are strong with Nab being the only business bank in Kununurra.

Using your strong business development and relationship management skills, you will provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers with footings up to approx $35M.In this leadership role you will drive the team's success through being well organised, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Ideally an experienced banking professional with relevant tertiary qualifications, your passion for agribusiness and farm management practices will ensure your success in managing and growing a portfolio of agribusiness clients.

Full rental subsidy applies, together with an additional week annual leave per year.
