The businesses principal activities include philanthropy, estate planning, executor services, custodial services, agency,trustee capabilities (compensation, disability and minor) and other associated activities on behalf of Private and Corporate clients.

NAT have a rare opportunity for an experienced Estate Planning lawyer to join their Sydney office providing support to the NSW Northern Region.

The role will be responsible for providing a high standard legal service to bank customers and clients of aligned adviser groups. Your expertise will be across all areas of Estate Planning with exposure to Trustee Services.

Your responsibilities will be varied and include developing and implementing local business strategies, business development with key internal and external personnel, presenting at seminars, client relationship management and risk management.

You will possess relevant legal qualifications and have the ability to hold a practicing certificate in law. In return, we offer a great in-house opportunity and competitive package.

The ideal candidate will be a lawyer at, or around, 5 years' post admission experience who offers expertise in estate planning law as well as some experience in banking finance law and financial planning gained from either a law firm or corporation. Lawyers who do not offer this background but have a keen interest in the role are also encouraged to apply. Some training will be provided.
