As part of our business's growth strategy we are developing a Cash Vehicle capability aimed at improving our service offering to our customer base. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of a new business and we are currently looking for a talented Cash Operation Associate.

The core focus of the role is to ensure our clients banking operations requests and queries are completed in a timely manner. In addition, you will be required to:

• Take ownership and ensure all manual transaction requests are completed within the stipulated time frame and service standard
• Own and resolve enquires within stipulated time frame and service standards
• Provide prompt escalation of issues and participate in the resolution and response to stakeholders
• Ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained across all cash operation activities
• Continuous monitoring and management of risk including legislative, regulatory and policy governance requirements
• Verify reconcile cash operations Bank Accounts, and other location office accounts in a timely manner and within the service standards of NAB
• Contribute to the overall project by identifying, designing and implementing processes,controls and continuous improvement initiatives

Previous experience in a Banking environment and the ability to work autonomously is essential, as well as an understanding of Cash back office operational processes procedures.
