Manager, Online Content Delivery - MLC & NAB Wealth Job Details

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Online Content Delivery Manager who is looking for their next challenge. In this role you will be looking at how we can best maximise leverage of our content management toolset as well as really driving improvement initiatives to our content management processes and how we best engage with our online content owners. This is a great role where you can really partner with the business as it sits within the business itself and not technology.

• Owning the Content Management System (CMS) and ensuring business requirements are met for the effective management of website content
• Managing and developing the Online Content Delivery team providing direction and support on a daily basis including training and ongoing development
• Providing specialist business support and problem management for the MLC web platform
• Monitoring website performance and customer experience using relevant analytical tools
• Coordinating and delivering online initiatives to drive web channel growth
• Implementing risk mitigation and tactical improvements for the web channel
• Developing and maintaining service level agreements
• Managing site hygiene factors eg: link checking, coding standards, accessibility
• Running regular 'content owner forums' to educate business content owners
• Regular demand, output quality reporting
• Developing and maintaining a roadmap for consolidation of websites onto one CMS
• Meeting compliance, risk and privacy obligations, brand standards and user experience objectives through effective policy development, deployment and content quality assurance monitoring
• Understanding, addressing or escalating any issues impacting key channel performance indicators
• Passionate about keeping up to date with the latest in the online and mobile web space and provide advice as to potential opportunities, innovations and impacts of these developments
• Providing training on standards and best practices to develop and maintain the online content management strategy and roadmap

You are able to multitask with strong problem solving capability and enjoy working in a diverse environment. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will come into play where you can build and maintain strong relationships with Content Owners and other stakeholders.

You possess strong, demonstrated experience in an Online content management role or environment is an essential part of the selection criteria as well as your genuine passion for technology and the Online space.
