The role has responsibility for leading and driving the sales and operational performance of a partnership within a region, with an equal focus across these three key areas of responsibility - People leadership, customer focus Managing the Business.

This role reports directlyinto the Regional Business Executive (RBE) who holds a direct report to the SGM of Business Banking Queensland.

The successful incumbent will have the following key responsibilities:-

• Management of your designated partnership to ensure the achievement of optimal and sustainable financial performance
• Coaching the team to work with a structured sales discipline through the CIS principles and building and leveraging relationships with specialists for the best outcomes for the customer
• The implementation and management of strong risk management and compliance standards
• The demonstration of exemplary leadership behaviours, including inspiring and motivating employees to achieve excellence in individual and team performance
• Development of a dynamic local market strategy
• Increase NAB's profile within the community and local networking

This position holds a strong commitment to the Mining Services Sector and the expansion of our capability in this regard to continue to lead the way with providing whole of bank solutions to this growth sector.

Significant banking experience in either business, private, corporate, credit or specialised business, management of a team, ideally with functional and professional diversity, sales and operational management experience, and a relevant business-related tertiary qualificationwill impress, but it's your drive and tenacity that will stand you apartfrom the rest.
