We are seeking a Practice Consultant to work within our Advice Services department to drive the education and compliance of our aligned adviser network. You might be an experienced Financial Planner/Para-planner, passionate about supporting and advising your stakeholder group, or currently in a risk management role and ready to take the next step. A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be a vital part of the business to ensure advisers and their businesses meet legislative and licensee requirements.

As a Practice Consultant, you'll develop your project management, communication and relationship management skills and work within an award winning group.

Skills and expertise required:

• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services industry and Regulatory environment
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to develop presentations and training materials
• Demonstrated ability to develop and follow through new concepts that produce effective final outcomes eg analytical skills, project skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with complex and/or high risk advisers
• High level conflict management skills
• Mainframe Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Access
• Financial services industry experience (minimum 3 years)
• Operational advice compliance experience
• MLC licensee advice process experience of at least 2 years (preferred)
