- Manages loan portfolio and note level credit risk on a broad array of commercial and real estate loans; including monitoring, analyzing, and organizing various portfolio risk data such as risk rating, accrual status evaluation, Impairment analysis, ALLL, etc.
- Develops and maintains credit policy and procedures
- Maintains updated knowledge of banking regulations
- Interacts with internal and external regulators and auditors
Education Requirement: University Degree Preferred Qualifications: - BA or above degree in Business Administration, Finance or other analytical discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10+ years in previous lending or finance related experience (open to other rule-based analytic experience)
- Knowledge and/or experience with loan level risk identification – risk rating, non-accrual, impairment, delinquency, TDRs, and/or ticklers
- Knowledge and/or experience of ALLL methodology, stress testing, banking regulator interface and/or other portfolio and loan level risk identification is a plus.
- Strong presentation skill set
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Strong analytic, strong and succinct communication (verbal and written)
- Strong team work spirit and attitude
- Ability to re-prioritize and multi-task
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
