This includes appropriate referral to other service areas, follow up, testing and troubleshooting • Responsible for entering all issues into our issue tracking system with detailed information, and following up with clients • Escalate issues to second-level support if unable to resolve within defined timeframes • Work closely with product management to help identify customer requirements and support trends Position Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate: • Fluency in French and English • Proficiency with financial applications • Strong client relationship skills • An ability to learn quickly, and apply knowledge to problem-solving situations • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in MS Office A background in credit, collections or query management is strongly desirable. A technical background and/or prior experience working in a Helpdesk environment is also preferred.
