Position Description
Many corporations face challenges around visibility and control of the Order-to-Cash cycle. AvantGard offers credit and collections software that helps drive automation, workflow and collaboration across the Order-to-Cash cycle. AvantGard helps companies manage strategic and major accounts as well as order lifecycle, credit risk, collections, dispute resolution, cash application, dashboards and reporting for all accounts.
The Professional Services team is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the team. He/She will have the following responsibilities:
1)You will execute PS Agreements by delivering predominantly on-site consultancy. 2)As such, you will be expected to achieve a sound understanding of all modules within the GetPaid product within a short period. 3)You will assist clients to configure all licensed modules, deliver training and make pro-active suggestions to improve processes where applicable 4)You will be expected to achieve a minimum annual chargeability of 60%. 5)You will provide continual feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a pro-active solution to be offered. 6)You will be tasked with transferring knowledge to other members of the PS team that have been identified as having the base skill level necessary and you will be asked to deliver internal training courses at short notice. 7)The position is based in Paris but requires travel within EMEA. Position Requirements
1)Excellent presentation and communication skills. 2)Excellent time management skills. 3)Perfectly fluent in English & French. Another European language is an advantage. 4)A good understanding of the Receivables / Credit & Collections process. 5)A strong understanding of a typical software project lifecycle. 6)Flexibility to meet client demands. 7)The autonomy attached to this role requires an individual with initiative and the ability to troubleshoot.
Desirable skills/experience
1)Experience with ERP systems for Finance. 2)Disciplined administration of product issues, interaction with Client Services and ownership of the issue resolution process. 3)Clear organisational awareness and knowledge.
