Show me jobs like this one| Employer: | GMAC Mortgage | Job Ref No: | 18593 | Job Title: | Presales Consultant AvantGard Treasury - German-speaking | Sector: | Asset Management | Sub Sector: | Other | Expertise: | Risk Manager | Key Duties: • Complete the functional sections of RFI / RFPs • Confirm feasibility of bids • Prepare workshops for detailed demonstration of the AvantGard software with customer data • Work with the development teams to understand new customer requirements during the sales process • Understand the functionality and market fit of other SunGard solutions to be able to provide the best solution to our customers • Conduct demonstrations of the AvantGard software to prospects and existing customers. • Be a relevant expert knowledge of solutions, industry, market directions. Position Requirements Essential: • Experience with either a software provider, Bank or as a Consultant in a Treasury environment. • Good knowledge of Banking and Corporate Treasury management including Front Office, Back Office, Middle Office, Cash Management, Accounting and IFRS. IFRS and Risk Management skills are of particular interest. • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation • Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and demonstrate a solution to the customer • Ability to effectively learn new products and services and demonstrate these articulately • Self motivated • Client and team oriented • Fluency in both English and German (verbal and written skills) Applicants must be flexible in terms of travelling; 50% throughout EMEA is expected.
