Role Summary/Purpose
As a member of the Vehicle Acquisition Team, this position is responsible for all aspects of vehicles orders within departmental benchmarks and provide exemplary customer service to our internal and external client base.
Essential Responsibilities
•Support in the preparation of Customer Vehicle selectors with both internal and external customers through vehicle specifications and other internal tools
•Provide the clients/drivers with quotes and recommendations on vehicles as requested
•Negotiation with assigned vendor network for best price (including all available rebates) based on vehicles in dealer inventory, matching customer's specific requirements as closely as possible.
•Negotiate and Quote dealer installed options, transport costs, etc, when necessary.
•Assemble Purchase order package for dealer within 4 business hours of receipt of an approved order, while adhering to all risk and credit policies
•Enhance industry knowledge in terms of product, specifications, availability/supply and pricing
•Spec'ing of vehicles according to manufacturers order guide
•Maintain data integrity in all GE V.A.S. tools
•Utilize the manufacturer's on line locate systems to best evaluate all potentially available vehicles.
•Effect order cancellations by returning vehicles to dealer inventory with little to no cost to the customer. Obtain Dealer's acceptance in writing.
•Proactively produce various reports and performance metrics to aid in cycle time and accuracy improvements.
•Creation and audit of customer orders (factory and stock) to ensure accuracy within a pre-determined benchmark
•Handle and respond to all customer inquiries and requests within the benchmarks
•Assist in the preparation of customer selectors
•Ensure all incoming calls are handled promptly and in a professional manner
•Develop continuous adaptive behavior that is able to recognize customer needs while balancing all department, integrity and controllership policies

Qualifications/Requirements
•Minimum 2 Years of Vehicle and Customer Service Experience
•Professionalism to interact with internal and external customers to manage expectations
