This position manages the overall planning, execution and delivery of specific projects for Deloitte Learning. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, scope is met and delivered in a quality manner. The mission of the PMO is to foster the improvement and expansion of project management throughout Global Learning. Role Specific Responsibilities
  • Participate as a member of the Global Learning Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Provide all aspects of project management for specific projects including: oversight of project status; managing project team resources; ensuring project milestones are met; project status reporting; and monitoring to keep projects on schedule and to budget within identified standards.
  • Establish and facilitate regular project team meetings
  • Track project status, and provide regular project updates to leadership as appropriate.
  • Deliver timely project health and performance statuses
  • Create, maintain and communicate as appropriate project risk and issue logs
  • Document and file project level lessons learned
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with multiple departments globally
  • Work with global teams, virtual teams and multi-vendors
  • Provide attention to detail
  • Effectively and efficiently perform multiple tasks
  • Provide excellent client skills; ability to work well with stakeholders
  • Lead multiple projects including large and complex projects
  • Work closely with OIM and other Global Learning internal teams
People Management
  • Build and lead effective project teams
  • Provide performance feedback and capability development of project team members
Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
  • Participate in best practices methodology
  • Participate in process improvement activities
  • Work with business process owners, team, project management and other staff to ensure all projects are properly defined and documented

  • : 5 to 8 Years in systems implementation and managing projects Technical Skills

    • Advanced capability in the use of desktop software including Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
