Job Description:

Level: Sr. Manager

Partners with senior leaders to define business requirements. Normally has ownership of several business processes. Leads the analysis, design, and improvement of processes to support business requirements. Performs risk assessments, synthesizes forecasts, and designs performance metrics and controls to mitigate risks. Is a champion of change for improvement. Communicates at all levels. Leads high-impact projects by providing analytical and strategic support. Manages a team of analysts.

Responsibilities:
• Drive process improvements in partnership with senior leaders
• Lead, coach and guide a team of analysts
• Manage projects
• Build detailed analytical models to quantitatively evaluate business decisions
• Develop and maintain regular reporting, performance metrics, budgets, or status reports in support of key initiatives
• Manage up to 4 people

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field such as Engineering, Math, Finance, Business, Economics, Sciences
• 2 Years experience in Process management and design
• 2 Years experience in Quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 1 Year experience in People management
• 1 Year experience in Project management

Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Quantitative field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics
• Six Sigma, ASQC and Lean certifications, CCIM, CPA, CMA
• 5 Years experience in Process management and design
• 5 Years experience in Quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 2 Years experience in People management
• 2 Years experience in Project management1 Year experience in Strategic consulting
