Risk Policy Analyst 4
Overall: Responsible for the delivery of strategic, risk management/default, highly visible projects within time, scope and quality boundaries, in accordance with the company/department's methodologies and disciplines. This position will support the Risk Management initiatives for Citi Mortgage default systems.
- Manages multiple projects, with cross-functional impact or significant impact in a single functional area. Develop specifications for default treatment programs for MAT tool development.
This includes HAM FHA, Unemployment Modification Treatment, NAFTA, new Treasury NPV model deployment, Combo loan treatment
- Interface with US Treasury, Citi Credit Policy, and MHA (Making Home Affordable) entities. Purpose is gather requirements for loan treatment options to be developed into the MAT tool.
- Ensures that projects remain aligned with strategic initiatives, providing updates as necessary to sponsors/committees.
- Partners with various clients to develop objectives for key projects. Examples - MAT HAM treatment, supplemental modification treatment, Unemployment treatment, FHA modification,
tool process flow, etc.
- Coordinate plans for business related activities. Coordinate and prioritize treatment development priority. Work with management (internal and external groups) to coodinate resources.
- Practices established project management disciplines including the development of project plans/timelines, facilitates project meetings, etc.
- Identifies critical paths for projects, including the sequencing of events.
- Possesses strong working knowledge of the technology infrastructure of the business unit.
- Interfaces with leadership within the business. Interface with all level of Default Management leadership, Credit Policy management, IT management, Franchise Management leaders, Risk
management to coordinate priorities and negotiate options.

Qualifications
 
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Strong understanding of loan servicing and/or default management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, project management, planning and organizational skills
• Analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
