Description This position resides inside the CBNA Risk Management, with the main responsibilities of managing Scoring and loss forecasting projects as well as other analytical initiatives to support NA Retail and Business Banking risk teams. This position, reporting directly to the head of Risk Scoring and Loss Forecasting, will provide thought leadership in diversified projects and drive more innovations into existing processes. From communication perspective, this position will interact directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams in the Risk Policy, Business and Corporate Finance as well as Compliance. Qualified candidates will have outstanding analytical skills, excellent project/process management and communication skills, an in-depth understanding of scoring procedures. The candidate must have strong multi-tasking ability, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative working environment. Responsibilities will include:
* Partner with the business to drive key scoring & analytical initiatives * Develop industry leading credit models and fraud models and tools * Manage model inventory and validations * Enhance forecasting accuracy by developing industry leading forecasting models and methodologies * Proactively search for, and propose enhancements to credit policies and scores via analysis and development

Qualifications
* Master Degree with specialization in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics or other quantitative fields, PhD preferred * 3+ Years hand-on quantitative analysis & statistical modeling in credit risk, preferably having previous experience working with credit bureaus. * Experience working with cross-functional groups such as Implementation, System and IT. * Outstanding communication and project management skills. * Strong Analytical and problem solving skills required.
