Description Customer Contact Representatives are the key to our organization's success. They are the primary point of contact for our customers. Many of our Representatives answer inbound calls, selling products and services to the card members while others support card members that are past due on their accounts. Some of our Customer Contact Representatives monitor credit card activity protecting our card members from credit card fraud. Risk Management You are so easygoing and able to put others at ease too. Plus you love to dig into information to discover trends. Why don't you think about a Risk Management position? As a Citi Risk Representative you'll act as a guardian for Citi and our customers. You might be in a position where you will help decide which customers will manage their credit well and should be extended credit or receive an increase in their credit limit. You could take on the job of watching for red flags on accounts and talking to customers on the phone who need to know what is going on. No matter which risk management role you take on your day will be filled with interactions with customers, colleagues, and other financial institutions.
Qualifications Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Creative problem solving skills. Experience working in fast-paced work environment. Proficiency with Windows based applications. Sales experience is desirable. Citigroup is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
