PNC Regulatory Administration Manager
PNC Global Investment Servicing’s Regulatory Administration Department is seeking a Regulatory Administration Manager. As a Manager in the Regulatory Administration Department, you will work on a team that assists PNC Global Investment Servicing’s investment company clients in meeting their regulatory needs. The duties of a Regulatory Administration Manager may include: (a) coordinating, reviewing and preparing SEC filings for investment companies; (b) coordinating, reviewing and preparing investment company board of Director materials; (c) performing other investment company board of Director administration tasks; (d) maintaining investment company regulatory calendars, files and other related information; (e) completing various routine/non-routine departmental and company initiatives related to investment companies; (f) monitoring the workflow of other professionals to ensure that investment company client deliverables are met; (g) providing comprehensive instruction, delegation and training to staff with respect to job and investment company client responsibilities; and (h) remaining abreast of applicable federal securities laws, especially the Investment Company Act of 1940.
