·        Provide organizational leadership with regards to Audit/Controls and associated risk management practices across Technology Operations disciplines.

·        Provide daily direction and management of existing staff and associated workstreams.

·        Define, articulate and drive strategic planning and positioning.

·        Ensure alignment of efforts and deliverables across technology teams (ECCS/Card/Comm Card).

·        Identify and drive resolution of key open issues, tasks, and roadmap gaps.

·        Foster productive working relationships with Audit, Business, technology teams and relevant third parties.

·        Facilitate collaboration and cross-impact between multiple development, operations, Audit, and Information Security teams.

·        UDBA/UDT Integration Management

·        Accountable for helping set strategy and delivery with regard to Thirty Party, Resiliency and related technology risk.

 

This position within the Card Services Technology Operations team will support internal Card, ECCS Cross LOB and the Commercial Card technology space.  The ideal candidate has experience in firm wide technology audit activities - with specific focus against technology controls and associated procedures.  In addition, this candidate should have experience in large, cross team program management efforts, and can balance between managing strategic and tactical delivery.  Strong executive messaging and communication skills are required.

  • 10-15 years related technology or business experience, including experience in 3-5 years in Technology Risk Management and/or Technology Audit functions.

  • Graduated degree preferred in relevant fields.

  • 3-5 years work experience in one or more areas of infrastructure is preferred with a broad understanding of infrastructure and dependent solutions.

  • Project management skills to execute risk related projects effectively and the ability to resolve conflicts.

  • Subject matter expert on technology risk management, with thorough knowledge of industry best practices.

  • Complete understanding of IT control policies.

  • Ability to work under pressure, while remaining calm

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills to a wide variety of senior managers across the organization.

  • Ability to select, develop and promote teamwork and leadership behaviors across technology organizations.

  • Track record of implementing successful risk management solutions

  • Experience in financial services and/or major operations environment advantageous.

  • Ability to work with personnel at all levels - within JPMorgan and with external parties locally and regionally.

  • Strong facilitation and coordination skills.

  • Able to evaluate and present ideas/recommendations.

  • Team player and strategic thinker.
