We are seeking a Risk Analyst to be based at our Minneapolis, Minnesota, headquarters to assist the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department with its role in collecting, analyzing & reporting operational loss data, supporting the processes for identifying & assessing risks, and executing quality assurance procedures for risk management information.  In this position you would be actively involved in the implementation of Basel II capital standards and other risk management projects.  This position gives you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of business lines and management.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in operations/technology project management activities
 
Requirements

    * 3 or more years experience in Financial Services.
    * Detail oriented with an emphasis on delivering excellent results.
    * Strong analytical skills.
    * Familiarity with usage of large databases and strong aptitude for computer applications.
    * Ability to utilize industry data to provide benchmarking for operational risk profile.
    * Excels in a dynamic work environment and interested in learning about a wide range of banking environment and business activities.
    * Able to work independently to develop creative solutions to complex issues.
    * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of management.
