As the Senior Enterprise Risk Manager you will modify various risk management processes to enhance effectiveness, as well as strengthen PNC's Basel II alignment from an enterprise-level. The ideal candidate will also develop, complete, and/or enhance the existing methodology to accomplish Basel II risk management objectives. This includes developing the risk management component of the project plans and overseeing/completing project plan tasks in an accurate and timely manner by initiating, leading, and managing cross-functional teams. This will include the testing and evaluating of PNC's existing and newly developed risk management framework and will ask that you work effectively in a team environment in a consulting capacity with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business
· MBA or Advanced Degree strongly preferred
· Risk Management Association (RMA) certifications preferred
· 7-10 years of operational risk management experience
· Advanced knowledge of the Basel II AMA frameworks strongly preferred
· Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
· Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong written, verbal and analytical skills required.
