| Job Description: |
As a Programme Coordinator, you will provide project coordination support to the Risk Transformation Programme and Project Managers. The role includes maintaining the programme governance framework and completing programme reporting.
Responsibilities include:
* Complete project and programme reporting per the Risk Transformation Reporting Framework
* Provide direct support to the Head of Risk Transformation
* Provide administrative support to the Risk Transformation Programme team
* Maintain and update project and programme risk and issue registers
* Provide support to project and programme meetings
* Analyse and identify improvements to processes and/or systems to meet the need of the customer and business
* Prepare business impact and risk assessments for the project / proposed change / recommended solution
* Apply and adhere to the Bank's methodologies, tools and standards
* Support development of change management plans
* Liaise with BT Programme Management Office (PMO)
You will demonstrate strong project coordinating experience and have worked within a medium to large organisation. Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite, including Microsoft Project is essential. Your excellent communication skill and your ability to show initiative will enable you to work effectively in a complex and dynamic project environment.
