The Role / Responsibilities: Define and manage projects for cross-business initiatives (operational controls, strategic initiatives, and organizational changes). In coordination with MIS Management, determine resource needs, lead project execution, track and ensure quality deliverables Manage a workstream or multiple workstreams on a large scale project Conduct workstream meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes and communicate to management Document proposed options, recommendations, data flows, and other key details Independently analyze issues and develop recommend solutions Proactively communicate and seek input from key project stakeholders to build consensus on project recommendations for senior management/project sponsors Draft input to senior management presentations Communicate with across various levels of management and seniority within the organization, as needed, to ensure consistent views on processes and business operations Document project Manage junior staff, as needed Ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and special projects as needed Research 3-5 years of work experience Project management skill Leadership skills Teamwork and coaching skills Analytical,. strategic and problem solving skills Strong writing and documentation skills Experience in producing management presentations and writing project documentation such as standard operating procedures and/or end user support materials Experience in performing excel based analysis Knowledge of credit is a plus Self-starter Results oriented Moody's is an essential component of the global capital markets, providing credit ratings, research, tools and analysis that contribute to transparent and integrated financial markets.
