Join our best-in-class Integrated Product Development Team (IPD) as aProject Leader and use your Regulatory Affairs expertise and project management skills to provide solutions to a variety of clients. These regionally home-based positions are part of our growing IPD Team!

As a Project Leader, you will lead and manage domestic and/or international projects and you may be part of a global project management team. You will take a key role in:
  • Mentoring junior staff for specific projects
  • Participating in proposal development teams, giving input to particular indication and operational structure for the proposal as tied to active projects
  • Representing Project Management at new business meetings
General areas of responsibility include: Sponsor liaison, project assessment and initiation, resource planning, project implementation, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, milestone planning, tracking, and forecasting, ensuring that projects are progressing according to contract and quality standards, SOPs, and/or other guidelines to fulfill local regulations, production of key project progress reports, management of communication between PAREXEL project team, Sponsor, contract and financial management.

  • Experience with PAREXEL systems preferred

  • Experience with financials and managing project budgets
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven relevant experience in healthcare, consultancy, or contract research organization
  • Project Leaders require 5+ years of previous Regulatory Affairs Project Management experience.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in a science-related field, with an advanced degree desirable
  • PMP or equivalent desirable
