Job Description:
Responsibilities


- Assume ownership of and be a leader in driving enhanced strategies, using new development techniques and champion/challenger learnings to manage credit and fraud risk while driving growth and profitability.

- Work with COE teams (i.e. Customer Strategy, Decision Sciences, Fraud, etc.) to analyze performance and drive enhancements to all account management strategies across the portfolios.

- Analyze and make recommendations on New Account, Line Assignment, Authorization, Line Management and Collection Strategies for the Sam's Club Commercial credit products.

- Manage the commercial policy 6.0 reporting and dashboard production for Sam's Club and ensure appropriate reporting to monitor portfolio performance.

- Coordinate planning cycle with CD, marketing, etc. to ensure consistency in business plans.

- Investigate and resolve various member (customer) and client issues including Presidential complaints.

- Develop a strong partnership and flow of Communication with the client, client business team, and other critical functional partners including fraud, collections, customer strategy, operations, etc. and deliver client facing and front office presentations.

- Responsible for meeting sales, revenue, loss, and net income numbers for portfolio.

- Leverage breadth of portfolio experience to be gained from PRM environment into value-add Best Practices across deal structure.

Qualifications


- Relevant Bachelors Degree (preferred degrees include Business, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Engineering)

- 3+ years in risk management in financial services (preferred experience in private label credit card or bankcard arena).

- Proven ability to work effectively and drive change in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, process management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to balance client and portfolio needs to drive NI goals.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project) programs.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Familiarity with FDR, ACS and GFORCE systems

- Quality Trained

- Working knowledge of Risk Strategy Development and Implementation.

- Familiarity with writing SQL and/or SAS.
